If you choose "No VAT" during the order-process, then your order and billing will be processed without charging the VAT. Please choose this option ONLY, if your company owns a valid VAT-ID. Every VAT-ID will be checked accurately at the Chamber of Taxes before shipping.

 

After you placed the order our sales team will write an eMail including settlement and bank details. The goods are then sent immediately upon receipt of payment.

 

For wire transfers from foreign countries the customer has to pay possible banking fees. These banking fees can be avoided within the EU by using IBAN and SWIFT/BIC-Code.

 

 

We accept Mastercard and VISA in following countries:

The goods are immediately sent upon receipt of confirmation.

 

You pay from the convenience of your doorstep at the time of delivery.

Costs: + 6,90 Euro surcharge (includes 4,90 Euro cash on delivery fee + 2,00 Euro transfer fee for the German postal service)

 

No cash on delivery shipments are possible for international clients.

 

Generally billing is excl. VAT.

Deliveries to extra-European areas (EFTA countries: Switzerland, Norway and Lichtenstein) are subject to additional duties and fees. More information can be found here, as well as special notices for Switzerland here.

  

Delivery to Switzerland and Lichtenstein: 

Additional 24,- Euro duty flat are billed by DHL for first 3 positions. Extra positions will cost 4.- Euro each. There is further import turnover tax. Depending on type of goods, there could be extra duty.

Damage that occurs during transportation shall be reclaimed by the supplier immediately upon receipt of the goods. Inform WELLANGO shortly thereafter of the damage. If you wish to send goods back, please inform us by e-mail, fax or telephone.
