DAVITON for more success in SAD light therapy treatment

For the light therapy to be successful it is necessary to look directly into the light box for a few seconds at regular intervals (every 1 - 2 minutes). When activated, in order to remind the user, the DAVITON emits a 3 second long sound signal every 90 seconds. It is only necessary to look directly into the light box for the period of the sound signal.
This way the user can work, relax or i.e. read in a concentrated manner without forgetting to take her/his dose of light at his convenience and with the suggested appropriate timing.
